BRANCH MANAGER PURPOSE: To be responsible for all aspects of management of the branch to achieve pre-determined objectives. RESPONSIBLE TO: Managing Director KEY RESULT AREAS: -To take personal responsibility for the achievement of branch objectives, in particular sales targets, gross margins, cost controls, stock levels and staffing. -To ensure that all branch staff are properly trained and motivated. -To ensure the branch complies with applicable Employment and Health and Safety legislation and to protect the safety or employees, customers and the general public. -To safeguard the assets of the branch ensuring proper security and controls over vehicle stocks, cash, computers, and other company assets. -To implement proper procedures to prevent any misrepresentation to customers whose rights should be respected and protected at all times. -To ensure that all operational and financial reporting is performed in a timely and accurate manner. -To protect and promote the good name of the company. -To ensure the premises is kept in a good state of repair, and on a day to day basis kept clean and tidy. -To travel to any branch at the company`s request. -Recruitment of new staff for branch and conduct competent interviews. -To embrace the `Working Together` culture. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -Sales Manager, minimum of 1 year. -Finance Manager 1year + sales experience -People management experience. -Recruitment experience -FSA Advanced level.
